Scope of Work

Repair & upgrade of wet-pipe fire suppression system serving Switch Room, TCF Room, and UPS/Battery Room.

System classified as Ordinary Hazard (UFC 3-600-01, Table 9-3) with density 8 mm/min (0.20 gpm/ft²) over 230 m² (2,500 ft²) for a 1-hour duration.

Full hydraulic re-calculation, zoning, and pump/tank integration carried out.

Designed for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers approval (AFCEE).
