Brief Project Description

Project: Two-Storey Residential Building – Plumbing System Design
Location: Krabi, Thailand
Standards: Thai Plumbing Standards, UPC, IPC

Designed the complete sanitary drainage, waste, and vent piping system for a two-storey residential building, ensuring full compliance with Thai and international plumbing codes.

Scope of Work:

  • Sanitary & Waste Networks – 6" main soil (MS) and 4" main waste (MW) lines discharging to septic tank with self-cleansing slopes.

  • Vent System – 2"–3" vent pipes for all fixtures, terminating above roof with proper flashing.

  • Fixture Connections – Bathrooms, kitchen, and service areas fitted with traps; floor drains provided where required.

  • Cleanouts & Access – Located at base of stacks and major directional changes for maintenance.

  • Materials – PVC/HDPE pipes and corrosion-resistant fittings; supports per code.

  • Coordination – Integrated with architectural/structural layouts to avoid service clashes.

Deliverables included plan views, sectional details, and isometric drawings, ensuring clear installation guidance and authority approval readiness.
